SOCIAL KITCHEN
The fully equipped communal kitchen is integrated in a former 100-year-old food shop at the ground floor. The big, renovated shop windows pull in the sunlight and give the space a greenhouse feeling. The kitchen has two dishwashers, an oven, microwave, cooking plates, a big fridge, and a big freezer. We have tableware and most appliances like a coffeemaker, water cooker, mixer, pots and pans, … We installed a big flat screen with a Google Chromecast so everyone can stream directly from there phone or laptop. This ‘living kitchen’, with cozy couches is the social epicenter of the house.

CINEMA & BIKE ROOM
We went wild: recently we build a full-blown home theater with a 110-inch screen and 5.1 surround sound. With Google Chromecast you can stream films and series directly from your phone or laptop, or you can plug in your laptop directly. We also installed a PlayStation 4 with lots of games and two consoles so you can play against your housemates on the big screen. The cinema room is decorated in an extravagant art deco style just like the movie The Great Gatsby.
Under the seating platform you will find the indoor bicycle storage.

All common areas are cleaned frequently by us, and we provide cleaning products for you to clean your own room. We also provide toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, kitchen towels, and garbage bags.
OTHER FACILITIES
Spread out over the house we have 3 showers and 3 toilets. A washer and dryer are available so no need to go out of the house.
We of course also have powerful unlimited internet and we paid for the fire insurance, so you don’t have to.
Some rooms have a private small kitchen or a shower, but everyone is welcome to use the communal facilities.
